A: Weeny Free Video Cutter doesn't add any watermark on video file. However Weeny Free Video Cutter can't erase the watermark that is already on the original video file before cut.

A: The input video formats include: 3gp, asf, avi, flv, mp4, mpg, rm, rmvb, vob, wmv and more.
The output video formats include: 3gp, avi, flv, mp4, mpg, wmv and more.

Q: Does it support both PAL and NTSC TV systems?
A: Yes. Weeny Free Video Cutter can cut all supported videos to DVD MPEG-2 Video, which you can burn it to DVD disc. The output DVD disc can be played on both PAL and NTSC (for North America, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippine) TV systems.

Q: Why can't it cut my WMV files?
A: Our software can not cut DRM protected video files such WMV or M4V. To cut the WMV files, please make sure you can play it on your computer and the WMV files are not copyright protected!

Q: I am not satisfied with the output video. How to improve it?
A: You may set higher output quality such as video size, bitrate, framrate. However the output video quality depends on the source video quality.

Q: Can it cut MP3 from MP4?
A: Yes, Weeny Free Audio Cutter can extract and cut audio from video files. Click Output list, and select MP3, OGG, WAV, AAC or WMA on the bottom.
